Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Service and responsibility
ZPL Bench provides browser-based barcode, ZPL, and label conversion software as is and as available. Validate your identifiers, printer settings, stock, and physical output before production use. Preview and preflight checks do not provide GS1, UDI, AIAG, regulatory, or scanner-grade certification. You are responsible for lawful use of identifiers and label content.
Local processing and accounts
Label encoding, ZPL parsing, CSV processing, conversion, and export run in your browser. Printer settings are stored locally. Signed-in users may optionally synchronize printer configurations and may explicitly opt in to synchronizing source templates. The optional NHTSA decode action sends the entered VIN to the official NHTSA service only when you request it. Identity, account presets, entitlements, and payments use Clerk, Supabase, and Creem as described in the Privacy Policy.
Free access and paid plans
Free access includes unlimited single-label generation and preview, Copy Image, 203 DPI PNG and single-page PDF output, plus test batches up to three labels with Start Cell 1. PDF-to-ZPL copy and download remain available on Free. Pro enables up to 500 labels per batch, 300/600 DPI output, vector SVG, native ZPL from barcode generators, die-cut start-cell imposition, and cross-device configuration sync. The $9.99 14-Day Project Pass is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Bench Pro Monthly is $19 per month; Bench Pro Annual is $79 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel through the Creem customer portal, another receipt control supplied by Creem, or support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period.
Refund policy
If an unresolved technical failure prevents use of the purchased functionality, contact us within seven days of purchase to request a refund. Include your Creem receipt or Checkout ID and a description of the failure. Do not send payment card details or proprietary label data. We will investigate and arrange an eligible refund through Creem. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Availability and liability
Browser capabilities and third-party services may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without warranties and we do not accept liability for indirect loss, production waste, or printer damage. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
