Label conversion & printing guides

Convert ZPL to a physical-size PDF

  1. Open ZPL to PDF and paste source or open a .zpl / .txt file.
  2. Choose matching Stock and DPI in the toolbar. Each ^XA…^XZ block becomes one label.
  3. Correct red preflight errors, download PDF, and print at Actual Size / 100%.

Convert a PDF or image to Zebra ^GFA

  1. Open PDF to ZPL and drop a local PDF, PNG or JPG. PDF import uses the first page.
  2. Use Crisp Threshold for barcodes and text, or Halftone Dither for logos. Inspect the monochrome preview before export.
  3. Copy ^GFA ZPL or download .ZPL. Raster conversion checks byte integrity; it does not certify embedded barcode scan quality.

Paste Excel rows and reuse a partially printed sheet

  1. Choose a barcode tool, then Batch CSV / Sequence. Paste identifier, quantity and optional caption columns directly from Excel.
  2. Review row errors and print quantity. Blank lines are ignored; quantities count toward the 500-label maximum.
  3. Open Sheet Print, choose the matching Avery/A4 preset, apply cell size and set Start Cell. Download Batch Print Sheet without scaling.
